What matters most to Sarah about working at Hartsfield?

I like the family feeling of being part of a small (yet expanding) company.

Having previously worked in a very large organisation, where you can feel just like a number, Hartsfield prides itself on balancing the needs of the clients, colleagues and the company, which I think is great.

What matters most to Sarah about her specific role?

I am passionate about ensuring the processes within my role contribute to exceptional team work and delivering great outcomes for our clients.
I strive to ensure the team and clients are happy at every stage and I take pride in being able to create relationships where they feel at ease and trust I am there for them, whatever the situation.
As an administrator, I am the oil in the machine and I take much joy in knowing my hard work and passion for exceptional administration ensures a happy and smooth client experience.

What matters most to Sarah outside of work?

I love living in Somerset with my husband, James. When I am not spending time walking around our local beautiful cities of Bath and Wells with him, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

I am lucky that I now have a beautiful garden too, so I thoroughly enjoy creating and cultivating a relaxing space.
In my spare time I enjoy fine art, music, movies, cars and having little adventures exploring our wonderful country with James.
I also don't mind admitting that I love to shop! Luckily so does my husband.
