As the end of 2016 is fast approaching, we’ve been taking a look back on what has been an incredibly busy and positive year for Hartsfield. We have welcomed many new clients and colleagues, and we are looking forward to working with them – and all our existing clients and colleagues – in 2017 and beyond.
Last month, we brought you the exciting news that we’d reached the finals of the prestigious Professional Adviser Awards for the second year running, all thanks to our hard-working team who are committed to providing the very highest standards of service and quality of advice to our clients. Next February, we find out if we’ve won!
So what is in store for next year? We have a number of things planned:
- Watch out for our new website for Hartsfield Trustee Services, which will give a clearer focus on the Hartsfield Small Self Administered Scheme (SSAS). We’ll be providing technical guidance for clients, advisers and introducers with regular blogs and social media posts on this important pension product
- A fresh, new look for our very successful Hartsfield Managed Portfolio service, which is entering its fifth year now. Our investment portfolios have an excellent track record and we’re keen for people to hear more about them
- A dedicated ‘Transactional (telephone) advice’ service, which we’ve been developing this year. This will help us continue to meet the changing needs of our clients by delivering the right type of advice, at the right price through the right channel – whether that is over the phone, online or in person.
And if all that wasn’t enough, we’re busy recruiting for more people to join our team, as we plan to grow the business – more of that in the New Year.
Once again, the office will close over Christmas to give us all time to recharge our batteries, but for any urgent enquiries we’re providing a limited telephone service. Here’s when you can reach us:
