What matters most

What matters most to Izzy about working for Hartsfield?

When I first joined Hartsfield, I realised how much everyone is valued for the work that they do and that by working closely together, we can achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
We are trusted to work independently and encouraged to collaborate with each other, which is very important in the ever-changing financial planning world!

What matters most to Izzy about her specific role?

Having worked in financial services for over 16 years, many of my previous roles involved a direct relationship with clients which taught me how crucial a good quality of service is and ensuring that our clients feel that they receive this is very important to me.
As a Paraplanner, I enjoy being able to give the clients all the details they need in order to help them make informed financial decisions, tailored to their individual circumstances.

What matters most to Izzy outside of work?

Travel is my big passion, whether that’s a beach holiday or a city break, I enjoy making holiday plans and visiting new places. My biggest adventure was probably visiting Peru and Bolivia and completing the Machu Picchu Inca Trail, which offered some spectacular views at the end. Apart from that, I enjoy spending time outdoors and going on long walks. I am a big cat lover and so I also love spending my free time with my four cats!
