What matters most

What matters most to Jasmine about working for Hartsfield?

What matters most to me about working for Hartsfield is the positive and supportive culture. It's a great place to work, and everyone is approachable, encouraging, and always willing to help. I enjoy being part of a team where people support each other and create a welcoming working environment.

I also really value the investment Hartsfield makes in my training and development. The support they provide while I'm studying for my qualifications has been excellent, from giving me the time and resources I need to prepare for exams to encouraging me throughout the process. Having the opportunity to continue learning, gain new qualifications, and develop my skills is something I really appreciate. It shows that Hartsfield is committed to helping its employees grow professionally and build successful long-term careers.

What matters most to Jasmine about her specific role?

What matters most about my role as a trainee paraplanner is the opportunity to learn and develop within the profession. I'm looking forward to becoming more involved in all aspects of the paraplanning role, building my technical knowledge, and gaining hands-on experience. I enjoy learning new skills and understanding how the work I do supports advisers in providing the best possible outcomes for clients.

I also value the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues who are always willing to share their knowledge and support my development. As I continue my training and complete my qualifications, I'm excited to take on more responsibility, develop my confidence, and progress within the role.

What matters most to Jasmine outside of work?

Spending time with family and friends matters most to me outside of work. I love travelling and experiencing new places, whether that's exploring different cities or going on holiday. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing by reading or watching movies, usually whilst having cuddles with my four British Shorthair cats.
