Reviews and Ratings for Financial adviser Michael Blair, Bristol

What matters most

What matters most to Michael about working for Hartsfield?

I thrive when working in the Hartsfield team. My colleagues are also friends and an extended part of my family. The team is just the right size; not too big and not too small. As a team we support and help each other to provide the best advice for all our clients.

And of course, some competitiveness through the Fantasy Football league brings a little bit of friendly rivalry to the workplace too!

What matters most to Michael about his specific role?

Helping clients to understand how they can achieve their goals in life.

When I see how hard clients work for their money, it’s great to help them look after it and most importantly, enjoy it! I feel privileged to be a part of my client’s decisions on their future, and for that I am very thankful.

What matters most to Michael outside of work?

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I’ve always liked to travel; whether a coastal trip in the UK or further afield, I can always be found exploring new places.

Hockey is also real passion of mine; I have played for many years and it has taken me all over the world.
