What matters most to Amelia about working for Hartsfield?

Hartsfield has a professional/ kind approach when speaking to people and they genuinely care about their clients and team. Clients are the heart of the business, and we will stop at nothing to make the clients journey enjoyable and give the best possible advice. I feel as though I am part of a family. Beautiful scenery/location of the office too.

What matters most to Amelia about her specific role?

Having such a strong customer service background, I love that clients are able to have someone who they can come to with any issues they may have and I am able to help. The warm fuzzy feeling of helping people or even making someone’s day is really rewarding.

What matters most to Amelia outside of work?

I have an amazing supportive family and a little pup called Winnie which are what matter most in my life. I spend most of my spare time in the gym, baking, grabbing an iced coffee (yes even in winter) or ultimately tidying up after Winnie.
